Direct democracy with major decision making power by the people.
What is the process of Referendum?
X-amount of citizens' signature can request that a given legislative proposal by the Government be submitted to a popular vote for approval.
What is the Right of Recall?
The right of citizens to demand resignation of a MP and/or Government Minister for non-performance.
Can the people petition the Parliament?
No, not under the present Constitution.
